We understand that plans can change. To provide the best service to all our clients and our therapists, we kindly ask you to follow our
cancellation guidelines:
Standard Cancellation
• Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
• You may cancel via SMS, Messenger, Viber, or through the platform where you booked.
Late Cancellations (Less Than 2 Hours’ Notice)
• May incur a ₱100 cancellation fee to cover preparation and travel time.
• Frequent last-minute cancellations may result in limited future bookings.
No-Show Policy
• If the therapist arrives and the client is unavailable, a 50% fee will be charged to cover time and travel.
• We reserve the right to cancel future appointments in case of repeated no-shows.
